Our consultations are free, and we work on a contingency fee basis. What this means to you is that after carefully reviewing and assessing your situation, we'll make sure your knowledgeable of what to expect concerning your case. We will never ask for our clients to pay a retainer or a dime upfront to start working on your case. We don't get paid unless you do, which would be after your case is closed. That amount may differ from case to case. 

With there being many areas of law, and the law being so vast, wide and ever changing, it is important for us to stay up to date and current concerning the personal injury laws. That means always learning and always staying sharp. To be the best at what we do that means focusing our expertise to injury cases only.

Assisting with getting our clients vehicle repaired is part of the territory and many times goes hand in hand when dealing with a motor vehicle injury case. However, for instances where your absolutely sure you and your passengers have no injuries, it may not be the most economically feasible means by hiring an attorney to handle your property damage claim. Because of this, our firm may not be able to handle your case, however don't hesitate to give us a call to make sure what your best course of action given this circumstance is. 

As alluded to in the previous question, unfortunately at this time we only handle personal injury cases. Given the nature of personal injury law, and it ever evolving, our capacity to properly take on other legal matters is limited and would greatly dilute our ability to do what we do best and what we know best, helping those who are injured. As a result, we do not handle Divorce cases, Criminal cases, Contract disputes, Landlord/Real Estate disputes, or the creation of Wills to name a few.
